alright i've had it,
im throwing the towel in, time aint on my side,
its on yours. make good use of it, im done with it.
imma just bear this all, hopefully, surviving and striving at the end.

whats love to you? more importantly,
what am i to you?

i just won't play this part anymore,
i won't play the chaser, nor the one running,
im sick and tired of it.
i want to leave, quit and start afresh,
whats the solution, what am i to do?

its more than just a game for two,
although it seems fun to you,
i've tasted and felt reality, how bout you?

if you want to, just do it,
before the chance is gone, and like a one way ticket,
it ain't coming back.

but maybe if you could,
show me something new,
something that beat all else,
insert some sweetness,
be honest and quick,
love waits for no man.

Although you are a friend of mine
and letters we exchange,
I wouldn't know you on the street,
and doesn't that seem strange?

You hold a place within my life,
unusual and unique;
We share ideals and special dreams,
and still, we do not speak.

I picture what I think you are,
perhaps you picture me.
An intriguing game for both of us
for someone we can't see.

So for this friendship we possess,
we owe this mail a debt,
Perhaps the charm lies in the fact
that we have never met.

it was during english that i learnt about 'Myths'.
stories and stuff like animals racing in stories,
the evolution of mankind,
mythical creatures,
gods and goddesses.

but something was missing,
a myth that was stuck in my head.
the myth, of 'love'.

the things it could do to you,
affect you, help you,
myths of love,
stuff like love at first sight,
breaking of the human heart mind and soul,
courage to take the bullet for someone else,
aren't there all mysteries of love?
of this fable yet seem oh so real myth.

but of course, with the focus of 'love' in my mind,
there was definately an image in my mind as well.
an image conjured, simply by the mention of 'love'.
an image, an image of you.

i couldn't help but think,
everything about you.
from your beautiful face,
to your dazzling eyes and warm smile..
is this all part of the myth?

the mystery of love,
a myth never solved but yet accepted into society,
i live with it, with love, but a question still lingered in my mind,
do you, live with love, for me?

Into this world of mine,a puzzle;
Unpieced and messy, surrounded by walls,
Ever so dim, you entered,
Bringing light and guidance into my life.
The vivid colours, painted with a swirl,
Of wit and charm, of personality,
With great care, you added love and warmth,
And images that line the now bright walls.

Like a needle in a haystack,
True friends like you are hard to find.
Thats why im oh so thankful that i can call you mine.
Throughout the past three years,
You've kepy my many secrets,
You've been there through my afflictions,
You've witnessed my defeats,
I'll remember all the good times.

My friend, it may be time for you to leave,
This school where we first met,
But do not expect to be forgotton,

When i first saw you, there was a spark..
along with a sense of uneasyness. yes,
uneasyness. maybe i was scared, who knows.

i didn't know why,
but i didn't dare to talk to you,
maybe i was nervous,
maybe i was shy,
could you tell me why?

slowly, i kept looking out for you everyday.
not seeing you once, made me anxious.
am i in love?

eventually, every sight of you,
would cause the world to slow down,
and even.. stop.
my vision would go blur, but i kept you in focus.

by now, you had electrify my life.
the spark grew, as powerful as a thunderstorm.
silly as it seems, i could gladly say,
'Im in love.'

All my life I had built up a fantasy of the perfect woman.
Countless romance stories and fables
helped make that fantasy a reality in my mind.
Searching for that fantasy lead to many disappointments.
Reality made it clear that there was no such woman.
And as the years went by, the fantasy started to fade away.
Until.. I met you.
I had almost given up on the fantasy
until my fantasy became reality,
that reality became you.

what you get, when two minds come together, enjoy!

Dancing alone with an empty heart, only with memories.
Holding on to hope, full of memories,

even when everything is over,

but the feelings never quite die and disappear.

they remind me of you.

your body is gone, your spirit is away,

nevertheless, we're still friends.

day by day, i live life the way it was,
